Please note: International buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local fees. Speak Up New York™ is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@speakupnewyork.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to help.

FAQ

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.

Can I exchange my item?

Only if your item is damaged or faulty. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We do not cover return shipping. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Where do I send an exchange item?

Once approved, we will send you a return address (not residential) to use for exchanges. We never share private addresses.

My order is lost. Can you help?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking has been provided. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We cannot cancel or modify orders once placed. Our inventory is limited and made in small batches.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us please at info@speakupnewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage.

  • Speak Up New York™ is a small, independent brand and currently does not support returns/exchanges beyond damaged items.
